Welcome to ME! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services related to our handmade leather goods. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Product Information
1.1 Handmade Nature of Products.
All our products are handmade from high-quality leather. Due to the artisanal nature of our goods, slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur. These variations are not considered defects but rather characteristics that make each piece unique.
1.2 Stitching and Quality.
While we strive for the highest quality in our craftsmanship, we acknowledge that minor imperfections may occur during the production process. If a product is stitched incorrectly, we do not accept responsibility for the error as our products are handmade. We encourage our customers to review their selection carefully before placing an order.

2. Order Processing and Delivery
2.1 Order Processing Time.
Please allow 7-8 business days for your order to be processed. This time frame is necessary for us to craft your handmade leather goods to our high standards. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary.
2.2 Shipping.
Once your order has been crafted, we will ship it to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

3. Returns and Refunds
3.1 Return Policy.
Due to the personalized nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
3.2 Refunds.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to ME and its products are the exclusive property of ME. Unauthorized use of any content or trademarks is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
